Chicken on a Hot Tin Roof

Why yes, that is a ‘Chicken on a Hot Tin Roof,’ Marilyn is our resident Easter ‘bunny.’ Not only does she lay beautiful green eggs, she never wants to lay them in the same place twice. She daily attempts to hide them. I guess she was considering the roof this morning. Of course, I had a fit, told her she was outside the protected area and would be ‘hawk bait.’ Silly chicken. Going to get a ladder, and a new security plan to keep chickens off the roof of the coop!
